Refunds

For payments processed through PayU, once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 5–21 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's bank account, depending on the payment method and banking timelines.

Exchange

Where exchanges are offered and approved, replacement availability is subject to stock.

Return Shipping

Responsibility for return shipping and related charges depends on the reason for the return and the applicable return instructions communicated for the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please contact us promptly if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We may request photographs and order details so the issue can be reviewed.
